As I sit here approaching 39 weeks, I find myself feeling simultaneously eager for this pregnancy to be over and somewhat nostalgic about the past 9 months. I've been incredibly lucky to have had a really great pregnancy -- it's been easy (from what I can gather) and enjoyable and with very few issues or problems.
Since I can imagine I won't have much free time in the upcoming weeks and months to really reflect on it, I'd like to take some time to look back and share a small part of my experience -- the good, the bad and the surprising things. Of course, there's much more to my experience than what's below, but it's a small, real start. (Oh, and I'll leave out the super-weird-no-one-warns-you-about-it things but, suffice it to say, there are plenty of those as well.)
