I had every intention of posting a 'how to design a nursery' post today - and it's still in the works - but it's a little delayed because we're going through a growth spurt over here and my time is 100% Noam's until it's over (he's not really napping - or sleeping for that matter - and eating constantly).
So instead of the nursery post for today, I decided to do a little roundup of some of my favorite birth announcements. I sent out Noam's birth announcements last week (I still have a handful left to send but I'm feeling good about my progress), and I'm so glad we went ahead and had them done. I know it's slightly antiquated to send out physical birth announcements (and, to be frank, totally unnecessary in some ways because everyone who's receiving one knew pretty much right away that he was born), but sending a birth announcement was more about sharing a physical photo with our family and friends and having a tangible object to hold onto for posterity's sake.
Anyway, here are my 10 favorite birth announcements I've found.
